My name is Miya KURODA, CEO of Chat Noir.

Thank you for choosing our company from among the many model agencies out there.
When I was in the second year of junior high school, I decided "I will become a business owner" and started my own company in Osaka at the age of 23.
At that time, I didn't have any money to start a business, so I decided to launch it as a sole proprietorship, and then converted it into a limited liability company a year later.

At the 10-year milestone of the company's establishment, we opened a Tokyo branch office, which became the Head Office, and since then, we have been successfully managing three branch offices in Tokyo, Osaka, and Los Angeles.
We are truly grateful to the many people who have helped us to achieve our 25th term since our founding.
And now, we are aiming for our 30th anniversary.

All of us, with integrity and honesty, will strive to focus on what our customers are looking for and to create a pleasant work environment where our members can love their roles and enjoy their work.

Indeed, with Chat Noir, we aim to make all our employees and their families happy, to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and to be a company that can contribute to society.
